Although Kennedy may not support late-term aboritons personally, his answer makes it crystal clear that his policial policy would allow late-term abortions with no limits.

As pro-life and pro-abortion advocates rallied outside the Supreme Court in April to protest or support the Biden administration’s rule requiring emergency rooms to provide abortions, one pro-life advocate discovered that the pro-abortionists around her had no idea what they were advocating for.

In recent years, supporters of abortion have decided that it is politically inconvenient to continue using the term “heartbeat” in reference to unborn children at an early stage of development.

“Under the bill, anyone found guilty of using abortion pills to coerce a woman into an abortion would now face five to 10 years in prison and a fine of $10,000 to $75,000; the penalties would rise to 10 to 20 years in prison and $50,000 to $100,000 fines if the woman is three months pregnant (or greater).”

State Supreme Court Justice Daniel J. Doyle stated that lawmakers approved the language of the amendment before state Democratic Attorney General Letitia James was able to issue a written opinion on the proposal, and therefore determined that the amendment could not be placed on the ballot.”

Colombia, With Life There Is Hope. That was the theme of the march for Life in varies cities across the South American country this weekend as pro-life people in more than 110 cities and towns participated in the 18th National March for Life to protest abortion. The participants called in Colombia’s highest court to reverse its rulings allowing babies to be killed in abortions.

On April 1, the Court announced its rulings on two different cases that pertain to the same contentious issue of abortion. Each decision, although made independently, helps both sides of the argument. One will ultimately allow restrictions on abortion after six weeks of gestation, when a baby’s heartbeat can be detected. This will go into effect on May 1. But the other could end these protections — all depending on what Floridians decide in November. With this decision, the Court took the weight of abortion off of their shoulders and placed it on the backs of voters….

Jacobin is an ideologically left magazine, which is concerned about Canada killing people with disabilities and the poor by euthanasia, known as MAiD.
