Legislation introduced in the Florida House of Representatives this month is being touted by its sponsor as a “children’s rights” bill, but it would be more accurate to call it what it is, a “usurpation of parental rights” bill.

Characterizing far-left Democratic state Rep. Michele Rayner-Goolsby’s HB 217 as a children’s rights bill is a travesty, first and foremost because the rights of a child are never in conflict with parental rights. The two are always congruent. Read more

Public Schools Are Avoiding CRT Ban With Trojan Horse Of ‘Social Emotional Learning’.

FCPS and other maneuvering school districts in Virginia work around Youngkin’s executive order with the Trojan horse of “Social Emotional Learning” (SEL). The name sounds innocuous. Few would object to actual social and emotional health education, especially considering children’s mental health crisis, largely caused by pandemic policies such as prolonged school closures.

But SEL curricula have a duplicitous goal. Lisa Logan explains in a PragerU video that its real purpose is to “redistribute power to promote social justice through student engagement in school and civic life.” In other words, SEL is the primary weapon leftists use to politically indoctrinate our children. Read more

UN to push religious communities to ‘fully comply’ with human rights law to ’empower’ LGBT+ people.

The United Nations announced plans to release a report in June regarding “perceived contradictions” between “the right to freedom of religion or belief (FoRB)” and “sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI).” The report aims to push governments to “fully comply” with international human rights law to “protect and empower” the participation of LGBT+ people in religious communities, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported. Read more

“Freedom of religion is seriously violated by the Belarusian regime”.

Due to the 2002 Religion Law, many groups face restrictions “on which communities can meet, where, who they are led by, and what literature they may use”, stresses the survey.

Under that law, a state registration is mandatory for all religious groups, that is why “the only communities which may freely exercise their freedom of religion are state-registered religious communities within state-approved places of worship or other venues”. Read more

Oregon Bill Attacks Free Speech and Christian Faith.

House Bill 2458 amends previous legislation that prohibited such counseling for minors, extending the state censorship to all adults.

The bill bans “conversion therapy” – a meaningless term created by those who oppose anyone leaving homosexuality or transgenderism. There is no counseling or therapeutic model called “conversion therapy.” Read more

Islamic Human Rights Body Comes Out Against “Woke” Agenda.

An Islamic Human Rights Commission has condemned Western efforts to impose homosexual and transgender issues internationally. Additionally, they have called on diplomats from Islamic countries to fight attempts to redefine the family. Read more

Surfer Bethany Hamilton slams decision to let gender-confused men compete against women.

Hamilton said she won’t compete in or support any WSL events if the rule remains in place.

“I think many of the girls currently on tour are not in support [of] this new rule, and they fear being ostracized if they speak up,” the surfer said in a Sunday Instagram video reacting to the league’s February 3 announcement. “So, here I go.”

Starting out by affirming that she “strive[s] to have love for all of mankind regardless of any differences,” Hamilton nevertheless said she wanted to express her concerns about the move. Read more

44% of Canada’s gender-confused prisoners are in jail for sex crimes: gov’t report.

A recent report by Correctional Service Canada (CSC) shows that almost half of gender-confused male inmates are in prison for violent sexual offences.

The study from 2022 titled, Gender Diverse Offenders with a History of Sexual Offending shows a troubling trend amongst gender-confused male inmates who claim they are women. Read more
